  • 1.  Business Object is the only option adding a UDF to JC Job Transaction Detail

    I want to create a UDF in JC Job Transaction Detail. This is a new field I want to add to the Change Order tab in Job Cost Maintenance.  On the customer's system, Business Object is the only option available when adding the UDF to JC Job Transaction Detail.  Why isn't Manual Entry an option?  Manual Entry is an option on my office test system.  See the attached screen shot.

    Make sure you are logged into a company that has JC activated and setup. I get the same results if I am logged into company ABC, but If I log into company EEC I have a manual option

    @David Overholt  I tried the live company and the test company that is a copy of the live company.  Both have the same result... no manual entry.  I am sending this to the developers that did the customization to job cost and see if they can track it down.
