Business Liablility Insurance. Just received this question regarding liability insurance from my carrier.
If so, does your contract with them provide any sort of provision that would exclude Bottomline Software from a claims situation regarding that product? (being named additional insured eliminates this exposure)
How do others approach the liability insurance requirements.
