  • 1.  Business Insights Dashboard not refreshing

    Sage 100 2018 customer trying to start using Business Insights Dashboard, but the data is still stuck at a date in January 2019 and does not seem to refresh.  What could be the cause?

    One Sage KB says:
    Run the Period End process a month at a time in all the modules that have that task in the menu. This process will allow for that data to appear in the BI Dashboard charts. Refresh the Dashboard.
