When we run Business Insight's "Customer History Invoices View," over 260 invoices are not displayed (Sage Version 100c Advanced 2021 - 6.20.3.0). The same invoices are not displayed by connecting to view "v.CustomerInvoiceHistory" in crystal report either. Sage User has full admin rights to all sage modules
These invoices are viewable in the "Data File Display and Maintenance" utility, as well as the AR and SO modules. There are no inconsistencies or missing data for these invoices in AR or GL. We can also get all data related to these invoices by connecting to individual Sage tables in Crystal Report.
Any advice or suggestions for helping resolve this will be greatly appreciated.
