  • 1.  Business Alerts 4.4 missing processes

    Have a client that still has Business Alerts 4.4 installed and running.  Been there that long. Their IT updated the OS on the server & now there are no processes & it "looks" like it is not registered but it has valid registration info.  The screen shows "No Processes currently Exist".  Almost everything on the menu is greyed out (new processes, import processes, etc).  The service starts & stops ok   The REALLY odd thing is that the log shows the alerts are working.    Anyone have any thoughts/suggestions??

    I have one (actually two) of those as well. I'm afraid to touch the server incase BA stops working. There is no support or anyway to fix it if it breaks. You are on your own Sounds like it might be a registration problem on your install.. You can try re-registering it.  I called them about a year ago for support but no-one there has even heard of the product, yet my customer keeps getting an annual maintenance renewal from them every year.

    Hi Kenny,  I have tried reregistering it several times.. Tried running as admin and registering.   All no joy.   Suspect that they are SOL..
