As we celebrate graduations, enjoy vacations and get ready for summer, keeping the momentum and energy from the BOD Retreat will be crucial to meeting our aggressive objectives for the 2025-2026 Conference Year. I am greatly encouraged by the activity seen in so many areas.
Continuing on the path to increased transparency and consistency of operations, communication is key!
- Anne will be sending a brief summary of the retreat and scheduling a town hall meeting in June.
- Tina Meachum has agreed to join the Board and Anne will be sending out a vote for approval so she can be onboarded before our upcoming June meeting.
- Sage Future meetings and the Intacct Advisory Committee are both moving forward. Anne has already setup several meetings and we had a great call with Stuart Blumenthal who is now running the LBMC PS practice.
- I see Committees preparing to review their Charters.
- I have added a job description template to the templates folder in the Google drive. This template can be used for any position including ED, Liaison, Chairperson, SME, etc. Feel free to modify as appropriate for your development. Loading Google Docs
