Browse field not found"" I converted a custom report from 4.2 to 2013 that used data from IM2 & IM1 - no YTD or PYR or PTD fields. Used ""Set Data Location"" to map to CI_Item and IM_ItemWarehouse. There is a formula that calculates Qty Available, a parameter field to select Product Line, and some record selection criteria (I can provide if necessary. I don't know what the message is telling me. Can someone enlighten me?

Might be easier if I saw the rpt file. Can you email it to me?

Ok, more facts: When I converted the report, I was logged into their T/S. I ran it from inside the Crystal application and got results. When I put it on the MAS menu and ran it from there, I got the message. When I logged onto their server (not as me, but as Admin) and ran it from the MAS menu, I got data. Haven't had time to log into server as me and test - tomorrow's another day.

I'm not sure how you mapped the data but your IM2_InventoryItemWhseDetl does NOT have the same fields as a normal IM_ItemWarehouse table. Does it need to? I don't know. Can you verify the data on it? Sorry, not much help Barbara.

This is a private group Barbara so adding the @Sage100Routine won't add it to that group. You could copy and paste a new question to that group?

Thanks for your effort Therese. I'll investigate further and re-post.
