@DebbieBeach - There are a couple (probably more) utilities that you might find helpful. If you are using a WIN 7 machine, look under Accessories for the snipping tool. This is a great tool for outlining an area of the screen, capturing the image, outlining an important aspect, then copying and pasting to a Word or other document. Another tool that I have been using since the XP days (and recommended by Bill or Bob Pfanhl) os Snagit Editor (http://www.techsmith.com/tutorial-snagit.html). While not free, I don't think I could live without it. Super easy to use. Indespensible if you are writing technical documents and need screent shots. I use it frequently wihen clients have questions on how to do something. Just snap a shot of the screen, highlight the specific areas and send a note back to them. To upload screen shot here, I just save as a PNG file and upload. Can't get much easier. The latest version of Snagit will even record video for training purposes. Check it out.
