I was honored to be asked to share my experience as the owner operator who had to break glass ceiling caused by my controlling nature. At I-BN we adapted Gino Wickman's Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to help me "let go" and empower the team. The experience has helped me adapt some of the EOS concepts to create 90S, improve and formalize our processes over the past year+ since I became president.
