Has anyone successfully implemented BR Bank Feeds?  Any tips and tricks?

I'm setting it up on my installation first and I keep getting the error:  'An unexpected error occurred setting up your account in Sage Bank Feeds.  Please try again later.'  I found a knowledgebase article that it requires IE 11 which is the version I have.  It's not my default browser so I changed it to be the default and tried the setup again and received the error again.  It also said to look at the log which I did, but I can't say it was a lot of help.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Very interested in this outcome.  I have a client with a LOT of deposits, checks, wire transfers, online payments to vendors, electronic loan payments.  Their bank reconciliation process is a bear and very time consuming.  When the bank feed concept was announced, I immediately thought of this client.  Mary's post (working on it since December) makes me wonder if this is a viable solution.

I set it up for one client and got the error ' Please try connecting a different account – there was a problem processing your request'.  I've had a case going with Sage since early December and no resolution yet.  I also am curious if anyone has it working?  I'm hesitant to try to set it up anywhere else.

Once Sage has a marketing video, it seems they think that is a good place to stop... documentation, deployment, support... all ignored until someone asks for help.  That poor bleeding-edge volunteer dealing with issues that should have been resolved before release.

When the BR Bank Feeds were demo'd at 90 Minds, it sounded fairly complicated to get everything set up.  And it also didn't sound like Sage was developing a "course" for it or had great documentation for making it work. Kinda like the integration for Office 265 – being touted as a benefit but not really giving us as resellers the tools to make it work.

I received news this morning that we as Sage partners are unable to install BR bank feeds.  Our partner not for resale license keys don't allow the bank feed functionality!  How does Sage expect anyone to use this if partners aren't first able to set it up and become familiar with how it works before they roll it out to their clients or be able to demo it to clients?  I was told that the UK is managing the integration for the bank feeds.  I made them aware that this is definitely a topic that will be brought up later this week at MOTM so we'll see how far it makes it through the Sage channels and what information they have by later this week.
