Bob Scott's coverage of the Intacct / Intuit offer. There was a mailing sent to QuickBooks customers offering that if they were not able to use QuickBooks to the fullest (outgrowing) that perhaps they should look at Intacct.
What's notable is this is essentially two competitors where the larger one (Intuit) is marketing the smaller one to their installed base of users.
I think this probably went out to QuickBooks Enterprise users who were software companies. The revenue recognition needs of software companies are something Intacct does really well.
