We recently paid for an annual subscription to this (mid-January), and to date have been unable to make the user name and password work and no response to date on fixing this. Last week when at the Acumatica Summit, I asked several people if they have this problem and many of them do and have not been successful in getting it resolved. I decided to contact Progressive, who takes the money, to see if they can resolve it.
Any others also have this issue, and any resolution?
