Comp'd preconferences for board members were not included in the MOTM budget the board voted on and approved. Maybe we need to take another vote? I reference a recent experience, the $100 difference for Whova purchase that I went back to the board to get approval for the increase before executing the agreement.
@Jim Woodhead I'm not sure if we have a procedure to follow? Can the board just change a preapproved budget amount without a vote? Maybe we need a budget amendment process when the board wants to change a budget they voted on? At the end of the day, I need something to cover the change in expense.
Speaking of budgets and expenses - it would be very helpful to have all known expenses for 2019 submitted. I believe that
@Robert Wood expense report from August Denver has not been submitted and would appreciate if
@Jerry Normanwould review and accept or reject my expense report from Jan. 2019 for the Acumatica Summit. I sent a reminder bout it last week.

It's what we've always done in the past.

The board's approved paying for both MOTM and preconference? We've done it in the past, paid for both, but I can't recall if we need a formula vote or something.
