Board Meeting Thursday December 13, 2018 Agenda Attached.

Here are the BOD minutes from the last meeting on 11/8/2018 (@JerryNorman @JeffSchwenk @JohnHoyt @RobertWood)

Good. In the future, please change the wording to my meeting's role: I am its *chair* not facilitator. They have different meanings.

@JimWoodhead in addition to Jerry's change: You shouldn't specifically name who voted which way, ""Jerry presented a new document to review for Board etiquette and conduct but no action take"" take should be taken,

Also, going forward, I believe the motions need to be word-for-word but I'd have to go back and verify that.

Ok I thought it was appropriate for to know the votes. We will discuss it at the meeting today.

One last comment, the reports should be attached as appendices to the minutes.

@JimWoodhead it's who makes the motion and the second, I believe gets recorded normally.
