I do not have an agenda but this looks like a good one. I would like to suggest we move this item to the end and ask Moira to excuse herself (sorry Moira!). Regarding Exec Dir item. I think we need to discuss/explore the Description and Goals Items with all of us. You are right that the formal authorization part should be ex-Moira.

Brief treasurers report financials below. MOTM comparison to prior years. We still have some expenses outstanding. Waiting on a couple invoices to support bank charges and two expense reports. The P & L is a full YTD report.

@MoiraGoggin - I think it was pretty much settled last month. Just needs to be formalized. Details, details.

Process is evolving. Affiliate membership is the cost to JOIN 90M. Conference sponsorships is the extra spent to appear at MOTM. Back in the day, there was no differentiation. Now there is so affiliate membership is not included in the MOTM numbers.
