Board Meeting July 12, 2018 - Agenda

@MoiraGoggin Is there a reason we moved the meeting to 12 Noon from the normal 9:30am? I know last time there was a conflict with the Partner SAGE meeting but I thought that was a 1 time thing. Unfortunately I will be on a plane from 11:30am PT to 8pm PT on Thursday. Can we move it earlier? Jim

I wish. I leave at 11:30 am PT (2:30 pm local) from Ottawa fly to Dulles change planes and arrive home in San Diego at around 8pm PT

Is there a reason it got changed? It's still showing at 12:30pm ET/9:30am ET on the calendar appt that gets sent out.

No, it's back to original time, 9:30 PT /12:30 ET, sorry we copied from last agenda and didn't adjust the time. I've updated the attachment.

My calendar show the 9:30 am PT time, I've sent you the link in case you need to update it.

Thanks. It looked like the original agenda has 12PT. We are all good at 9:30PT

The calendar invitation has correct starting time. We are planning our usual 90-minute length, even though the invitation is only 60.

I'll adjust that Jerry to 90 minutes. You may all end up with another notice, and I apologize, it's the way GoToMeeting works, since it requires an add-in for Outlook to schedule recurring meetings and we all love how Outlook 365 works.

Attached are financials. Dog days of summer are upon us along with a summer cold. Paperwork submitted for APS merchant account. Couple straggling questions on the 2017 tax return. Summer vacay put that on hold. Should be seeing a final draft within a week.

I have a client emergency going on. I'm likely going to miss the board meeting.
