Board Meeting Dates and Times

    @Jerry Norman and I reviewed the Board Meeting scheduled for 2019 and propose moving the meetings back to the first Thursday in the month, starting with the March meeting.   Robert Wood no longer has a conflict with 1st Thursday of the month and, provided everyone else is open that day of the month, the new monthly board meeting schedule would be:

    Feb 21, due to Sage Summit SD
    Mar 7
    April 4
    May 2
    June 6
    July 4 Holiday, move to July 11
    Aug 1
    Sept 5
    Oct 3
    Nov 7
    Dec 5

    Please confirm this schedule is workable or not. 

    We could change the start time of the monthly board meetings as well, please let us know if you have a preference for an alternate start time.    

    The in-person board meetings would be:
    Feb. 28 7:00 - 8:00 am at Breakfast Sheraton San Diego
    May 12 at Sage Summit Atlanta
    September 6th - 8th or 8th to 10th location TBD

    Earlier start time the better.  Dates are good.  I the later dates for the September gathering.

    Edit - I will be on vacation on March 7th and not able to attend.  I would appreciate it if the meeting is moved to the following Thursday.

    ​Time: Moving it to 9:00 AM works better, but not any earlier.

    March: Since we just were at MOTM, and there will be a lot to catch up on that following week, I agree that we defer until 3/14.

    May: I had on my calendar that our meeting was going to be AFTER Summit on 5/15 in the afternoon and 5/16. I absolutely cannot leave on Saturday, 5/11, in order to attend a Sunday meeting, due to a prior commitment.

    July: I cannot attend on 7/11, because I will be in Vancouver - actually flying back that morning.

    I believe the discussion centered on being AFTER Summit as we talked about 5/12 being Mother's Day and a meeting on that day would be a non starter for most of us.

    ​Based on the stated restriction (for before Summit) so the meeting would be after Summit, can we tentatively decide on the timing for the meeting, so we (I) can reserve flights while prices appear to be relatively low? I am assuming that we would start the afternoon of 5/15 and meet also on 5/16. I could just book a flight on 5/17 and it wouldn't matter at this point.
