    Dear Board Members,

    I'm pleased to share the results of our recent Board election and to thank you for supporting a strong and transparent governance process.

    We had a record turnout in voting, which is a great reflection of member engagement and confidence in the leadership of 90 Minds.  We received 85 total ballots, representing a 40% voter turnout (85 of 210 eligible voters)-continuing a strong upward trend in engagement compared to prior years (32% in 2024 and 25% in 2023).

    Please join me in congratulating Chuck Peddy and Gary Feldman, who have both been re-elected to serve second terms on the Board. We're grateful for their continued commitment, leadership, and service to the organization.

    In accordance with our new SOP, I will be formally notifying Eric Anderson of the results tomorrow.

    One open question for the Board:

    • Do we want to make a public announcement of the election results prior to Meeting of the Minds, and if so, when should that communication go out?

    I welcome your input on timing and approach so we can align on next steps.

    Congratulations to @Gary Feldman and @Chuck Peddy!  what a close race for the third position.  Congratulations to Eric.  I'd like to see the results announced Before 90-Minds, and by the end of next week if we can.
