Dear Board Members, Please review and reply with your approval (or comments) regarding the following resolution: BOARD RESOLUTION TO APPOINT TINA LEONARD AS BOARD MEMBER AT LARGE WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of 90 Minds has determined a need to fill the Board Member at Large position previously held by Michelle Taylor; WHEREAS, Tina Leonard has been nominated and has expressed her willingness to serve; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors hereby appoints Tina Leonard to serve as Board Member at Large, effective immediately, for the remainder of the current term (March 2026); RESOLVED FURTHER, that this appointment shall be recorded in the official records of the organization and Tina Leonard shall be granted full rights and responsibilities of the role as defined by the bylaws.
