Client is on 2018 Adv. She had this issue last week as well, and we got it fixed using the following list of things below (without having to do a Run as MAS90 icon). This time, nothing worked. She had worked from home yesterday, and got the blank white screen when trying to access Sage at work. Could not see if there was the "+" in the upper left - white screen was minimized and had no maximize option, only close.
So I tried - stopping service, renaming Locate and Sessions files, restarting service. Renamed SY_Workstation and SY_Console. Renamed Sage 100 folder in Documents. And here's the kicker - setup a Run as MAS90 icon and got the SAME THING, so it seems that it's not based on those services files. I also reinstalled the Sage workstation.
I gave her an RDP so she can run it from a server while I try to get it working from her workstation. What have I missed?
