2018 Advanced. One user gets a empty Sage 100 logo on the taskbar after entering her user name and password. I have tried my user name and password and get the same issue. Tried disabling the Antivius, Windows firewall on the server, added an inbound rule for the port, re-installed workstation setup and still getting the same issue. Any ideas?
