Blank Contact Code list in Confirm To lookup When clicking the search button for the confirm to field in SO entry the contact list is blank even though contacts and codes exist. 4.4.10. This was just updated to SP 10. If the correct code is manually entered the name come into the field. have not rebuilt anything yet. any suggestions?

I remember this one. This is a known issue. Search ""Lookup Blank"" in the KB and the first entry tells you what to do

Yes, I've seen it happen in lots of different lookups. Check for blank record and remove it in that file in DFDM. Also info in Blank Lookup in KB, where there's some additional info.

thanks for the quick responses. I was using different syntax in the KB that wasn't yielding results. I'll look at both recommendations.

ah...the good ole...Embedded IO needs to be replaced in the respective modules and company codes. I think I am stuck with this fix..No blank records that jump out.

As I recall, those Imbedded IO fixes that they suggest do work. At least the KB has suggestions...
