Hanna how were the old licenses sold? This doesn't seem that that big of a change unless it's a $$ difference

The old license's were sold perpetually. Meaning, the purchases OWNED the software and paid manually for support. On subscription, it's like you are ""renting"" the software and will get the support bundled in as long as you are renewing your subscription. There is a difference in price, we created a pricing model that is a little something for everyone (ex: cash flow, switching systems, testers, or want to out right buy).

Hanna how many licenses does someone need -- if I have a CFO who is the main person doing the reporting and needs to email the board or company management -- would they need just one BizBroadcast license (for the sender) ? Or do they need them for people who are receiving the reports as well?

Wayne- in the above instance, you would need 1 license(for the sender), correct. You do not need a BizBroadcast license to RECEIVE the emails or view the files.

@HannaHubbs Will the rest of the BizNet catalog be offered with subscription pricing? Is this only the BizBroadcast function or is it only BizBroadcast for now?

@BrianRice, BizBraodcast and BizInsight Desktop Edition are the only subscription offerings at the moment. The whole BizNet Suite will eventually be going to subscription.
