Sage 100

I have a client on Sage 100 Advanced 2022 with Operations Management.  In standard Inventory (no multi-bin) they are sporadically able to save the bin location.  No error presents (or is in Activity log).  The same user is able to add bins and then sometimes it does not save.  I ran it by Scanco, to no avail.  Any ideas?  I have seen it happen and know when it does that the bin location they enter is within the character limit and has no special characters.  Any ideas?  This one has stumped me for awhile.

I've added IM_ItemWarehouse.BinLocation to the Quantity area at the bottom of the Tab 1 and Qty Tab, next to WHSE Code so users could "see" if a bin is there or not. That may help them troubleshot what steps they took to add the BIN but it does not save.
