When it does not save, it is because of an error or does it act like it saves but doesn't actually save it?
If an error is thrown, check for the following as I have seen weird errors related to Windows scaling, the Sage 100 Application Scaling, and the size of the Sage 100 task window (maximized, or otherwise really big vs the standard size).
Are the Sage 100 users using different Application Scaling settings? If the one getting the error is using a larger scaling, try having them using a lower scaling setting.
If the user getting the error has the reorder screen maximized and the other doesn't, try restoring the window to its normal size.
To rule out Windows scaling, you can make sure both Windows users' are set to the same scaling setting.
