  • 1.  Bill to Zip Code in Sales Order

    Customer is report one user, when in Sales Order, Addresses tab, the zip code area is missing / all white-ed out and 'The Bill to Zip Code is greater than 10 character(s)' message pops up.  There are some Sales order screen customizations but not on the address tab and they are for all users and this is only happening with one user.

    Have you done a reset on the screen, though?  I had similar things with a heavily modified SO screen with one user and has to so the reset panel
