    Bill of material Production Entry - V4.5.2 MAS 90 (it will be a while before I start referring to it as a MAS 100 flavor). Client did a production entry (image attached). All items were pulled from inventory except the last one (pallets). Costs were moved in GL appropriately. Even so, the on hand quantity field WAS updated but the costing tier was not zeroed out. Not sure what happened. Client indicates nothing out of the ordinary took place.

    You realize that the have the quantity per bill set to ZERO (0) which might have something to do with it.

    Yes, I did notice and plan to test it. They did override that with an actual quanttity. Hopefully, that is the issue. Then we just have to wait for Sage to fix it..................

    Can't duplicate the issue. I was able to process one production entry with zero QTY per bill for the pallet. Worked. Tried a second entry for same item but system wouldn't let me an extended qty amount without defaulting a qty for the per bill field. Strange.
