We have a new client (we've taken over ROR) that uses BigCommerce for their website.  They currently rekey all orders and are looking for an integrated solution.

What solutions have you seen and worked well with?

PS -- we've been given a CSV file and it's ... somewhat useless as all item information appears to be in one column when we look at it in Excel

Libre Office Calc (free) is much better at handling csv files than Excel.  It will prompt you for the delimiter instead of assuming comma and putting it all in one column if the delimiter is something else.

I have a customer who uses ROI and another uses eBridge.
In most cases, we turn them over to these folks and never hear another peep
