Circling back on this. Client changed to Classic mode, ran a report, then changed back to Standard. All is good in the Sage world now.

I think someone also posted here about a registry hack, but so far, I've used the method Madeline described. Not sure how permanent that fix is either.

- In the Open field, enter Regedit click OK.
- Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Sage Software\BIE Explorer\Explorer
- Right-Click Explorer and choose Delete
- Note: This subkey will get recreated on first use
