All of this happened while running SI from within Sage. When you work on a report, you can choose Design or Run - you can save if you chose Design, but can't save if you chose Run.
And yes, I mean a build. One client had an update dated 7/9, I believe, and the other one first had it happen on 7/2, so definitely a release in that time frame.

When you say Save from Run, do you mean saving outside of Report Manager? I have a client having this issue when clicking the Save Template from within Report Manager, and I was about to call Sage. Not sure exactly when the issue began occurring.
When you say prior version of Excel, you're talking about a "build" update rather than an entire Excel version, correct?
