Ugh, back with another BI Explorer issue.  ALL users are experiencing issues when they get into the "Sales Orders Views" and click on the Open Preview button.  Well, all users except me, on the server, where it loads in about 20 seconds from a pretty good-sized SO file.

This is 2025.1 Advanced. It did not start immediately after the upgrade. We've rebuilt the SO Header and Detail files, no errors or blank records like Sage mentions in a KB entry.

I guess it does finally load for them, but takes more than 6 minutes.

    Any thoughts?

Slow Performance when Running Business Insights Explorer on Sage 100 Advanced

This article suggests testing it in MAS 90 mode on one of the workstations to see what speed is like

I saw that - but it didn't really say how to FIX it except to put everyone in MAS90 mode and that's not happening - big client

OOh, there's a thought.  I actually ended up giving them the option to open a case with Sage, so it's in Sage's lap right now.  They gave them the generic "what if Sage is slow", so we'll see what happens.
