Beth shared a Crystal Report with Cross-Tab which solved this pesky issue of reporting monthly sales on a basis other than what matches the fiscal or calendar year within Inventory.
It's an amazing approach and the report runs quite quickly to show sales on a definable month to month basis from the Inventory Item Warehouse by Customer file in Sage.
