Best Practices/Advice.... Looking for a good way of getting a couple dozen users to get thier Outlook Contacts in Sage CRM and then Sync. Any success stories out there?

Merge data into Excel sheet. Load into CRM. Flag records for individual users as ""My Contacts"" records. Hit Synch. Cross fingers. Do this for one user's records first and test it out. You will most likely end up with duplicates of all records. If that is the case, blow away all contacts in Outlook before hitting synch button.

Sounds good, that's about what I figured, but wanted to get a second opinion. I especially like the 'cross your finger's portion.... Thanks @PeterWolf
