I know I have seen this question asked but I cannot find it with a search.  What features does Sage 100 have when there is a subscription license that perpetual licenses don't have?

I can't find the original PDF for this. I think it was printed on a v2020 Sage data sheet.

Thank you @Wayne Schulz and @David Overholt  Great information.  It would be nice if Sage posted a list like this and kept it current.  It just may help persuade an end user to change to subscription.

@Doug Higgs for bonus points find a current document showing the entitlements for various levels of business care (or whatever Sage markets it as). I've had customers on Gold and about the only thing I can tell them is they get unlimited calls to support and even then I'm not sure that's still true.

@Wayne Schulz  Doesn't seem right.. or efficient, for every consultant to have to individually track down all of this information.

Double bonus points and all my monopoly money at casino night if you can figure this out.  Features initially only available to subscription were made available to perpetual customer in versions 2022, 2023, and maybe 2024.

Features No Longer Subscription - Beginning version 2022

The following features were initially available only if you purchased Sage 100 through a subscription plan. They are now available to all users, regardless of whether Sage 100 was purchased as a subscription or perpetual license.

Spell Check: A red line appears underneath misspelled words. You can right-click the word to view a list of suggestions, ignore the misspelling, or add it to your custom dictionary.
Full Text Search in Lookups: In Lookup views, in the Search list, you can select Full Text. Your search criteria is then matched against all text in the records instead of a single field.
Theme Maintenance: This task, located on the Library Master Main menu, allows you to customize the appearance of Sage 100 windows.

    Work Order
Document Date Warnings: This feature allows you to display a warning message when a user enters a date that is outside of settings defined in Company
    Maintenance.

Features No Longer Subscription - Beginning version 2023

Journal and Register Viewer: Access to the Paperless Office Journal and Register Viewer is available from various locations.
Task Scheduler: You can email reports printed from a Task Scheduler job.
Data File Display and Maintenance Enhancements: You can now select a subset of fields from the table to be displayed. When selected, you can define filters and apply them to one or more of the fields to limit the rows displayed in the Key Scan screen. The status text on the Key Scan screen will indicate when a filter is active.
Map Service: An option has been added on the Preferences tab in User Maintenance allowing you to select which map service to use when clicking the Map
button in Sage 100 tasks. Use Google Maps, Bing Maps, or MapQuest.

Another reason to move to a subscription is the very high renewal increases for perpetual.  Unless of course, you stop renewing.  Then you don't need to worry about the increases.

    Yea,

I think that is very dated, I think it needs to be updated for sure
