  • 1.  Benefit Mall payroll synchronization and Sage 100 2020

    Anyone else successfully have the payroll synchronization work in Sage 100 2020?

    Keep getting the message that sync failed.   There are two articles in the Knowledgebase about troubleshooting this but neither seems to work.

    And to really confuse issues.  It looks like the older version of Sage 100 (2017) can no longer synchronize either.   Would be nice if we got any kind of error message other than synchronize failed.

    So far Benefit Mall has not been any help.  I'm starting a case with Sage.

    Looks like Benefit Mall is going to be dropping payroll services, so probably not worth pursuing this much further.

    Sage Tech support brushed me off and Benefit Mall wasn't much help either but at least they tried.
