Have a client with one benefit code that is MOSTLY not working. Other 3 codes work. Only diff is limit and rate. I have deleted the code and added back in and APPLIED and created a second code with the same rates and tried it. I've exported out all employee fields to see if there is some sneaky field difference and see nothing.
Has anyone had some really obscure reason for a benefit to not accrue?
