Believe it or not, I just had a potential affiliate - Square 9 - call and ask about sponsorship opportunities. I had last communicated with them 14 days ago when they asked the same thing. At this point, I think we should not sell any more sponsorships and they can purchase a full Affiliate dues/ticket if they wish.

Agreed - timing is one of the variables in the pricing equation. If the offer from 14 days ago has lapsed, the offer needs to change.

I'm going to tell these guys nope to a speaking spot. if they want to attend they'd have to join and buy an attendee ticket and here's the form to do so which we'd need to have before 1/23 (which is I think when tickets stop being sold).

Works for me..... Still waiting on Sage and SAP to show me the money....

Spoke to these guys today. They're thinking of ponying up the joiner plus a ticket. I explained about room rate expiring, no speaking slots, etc. Supposed to call me Monday.

I forwarded Square 9 a registration form and said Wed 1/27/16 is our drop dead date.
