    Been trying to contact Sage Support all morning, and have been on HOLD for 30 minutes. Browse to the support site, and I message that the Website is unavailable. Did I miss the memo that told us we would have no access to Support on this random Thursday?

    Just able to get in again to partners.sagenorthamerica.com -- can verify that mysagesell appears down with a back soon message.
