Be careful with any customers who own endorsed solutions which Sage claims to bill along with maintenance. We questioned one for Accupos and Sage not unsurprisingly forgot to pass along that information. I continue to believe that a large percent of exception type customers are having their renewals generated on Excel spreadsheets which is prone to lots of error.

Sage is 100% wiling to throw you under the bus. So don't invoice something ""Sage Maintenance and Accupos Maintenance "" (or whatever your endorsed solution is) without getting information from Sage. If it turns out that the maintenance for an endorsed solution isn't on the Sage invoice you will eat it if you itemized it to the customer (unless they agree to pay).
