  • 1.  Batch stuck in status Print/Update in Purchase Order Receipt of Goods

    Sage 100 Premium version 2017 - PO batch stuck in status Print/Update in Purchase Order Receipt of Goods.  I've tried re-initializing PO_ReceiptRestart and also rebooted the server.  Any other ideas?

    I just had something similar with a customer this morning with SO Daily Updates...it seems the antivirus was blocking the .LCK files...

    This is resolved.  Thank you @Lourdes Sobrino and @Lee Graham  It was a lck files being locked by the operating system issue.  IT has File Server Resources enable on the server.  An update last night added ".lck" to the list of potential unwanted files.  Adding .lck to the xclusion list fied the issue.

    Try the GL_CompanyActiveBatch file via DFDM.  It's in the MAS_CCC/GL folder.
    There's a field for Batch Status that you can change.
