  • 1.  Batch Entries Field Does Not Match the Number of Invoices

    The number of invoices displayed in the Batch Entries field does not match the number of invoices entered.  In this case, the batch Entries field displays 14 and there are 15 Sales Order Invoices in SO data entry.  Any idea why?  This is 2022 Premium PU1.

    Query SO_InvoiceHeader... look for a line with a blank BatchNo.

    All of the so header records have the correct batch number in dfdm field 63.  There are five unposted batches and 2 of the batches have 1 more invoice than the number displayed in the batch screen.

    Does clicking Verify on the batch screen do anything?

    @Kevin Moyes..  Umm yea.  Clicking Verify resolves the issue.  I have never used the Verify button.  Do you know if it is only used to reconcile the number if invoices in the batch to the batch total or are there other reasons for it's existence?  Thank you!

    Verify recalculates the batch header details. That's it (AFAIK).
