  • 1.  Bar Codes DOn't Display On Some Workstations

    v2019 Premium.  Printing purchase orders the bar codes don't display on some workstations.  Re-installed Azalea fonts and re-booted the workstation.

    Determined that changing the font to Code 128 B works on all workstations.  Code 39 Azalea does not work on any workstations.

    Did they print on the output to the printer and just not visible in preview?  Or did not print either.  Having the same issue in test 2019 upgrade with code 39 in use.  Not sure if we can go to 128.

    Does every item or certain items not print? 
    Any chance they're trying to print a barcode for an item that contains a character that can't be encoded by the selected symbology?

    CR formatting formulas for bar codes come from dll's... perhaps a non-azalea formula was used, and some workstations don't have the required dll?

    It wouldn't preview or print.  It wasn't be cause of an invalid character, it was most likely related to the fonts / dlls.  I tried reinstalling Azeala a couple of times. They were OK with using code 128 so we just went with it.
