I have a customer asking about bank feeds. I’ve seen that this isn’t available in our NFR copy.

Has anyone implemented this for a customer ?
Feedback?
What’s the best functionality?

Are there any videos of this in action?

From the number of posts I see, I think it's widely used and seems reliable once established.

My biggest issue with Bank Feeds is that our copies have it disabled so I can't get familiar with it before unleashing it on my clients.

The one time I did try it with a small client, I got a rude surprise.

Bank called up the client and was wondering why their account was being accessed in the middle of the night.  They figured they were being hacked so immediately changed the password.  Since the bank feeds continued to try to access with the old password, it locked up their online access to the bank.

All this because I thought that you had to push a button to get it to synch up as opposed to it continually accessing.  :(

If I had been able to access and work with it myself first,  I would have been better prepared to help my clients.

Not sure what the big deal with giving us a NFR to use.  I tend not to recomend things I have no control over.  Maybe the seminar in late January will change my mind.
