Wow, I got one right -
I had something similar but not exactly the same, but just two users had hanging when printing specific reports and that was one of the things I had in my notes.

Since other users can print it, it must be something in his profile related to that report.
have the user log out of Sage 100
I would look at renaming
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Sage
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Sage (This might only be for roaming profiles, but I am not sure)
Then log off the Azure Server , log back in and when the user opens Sage, verify that all of those directories get recreated and have him try again
