  • 1.  Bank rec not prompting to remove cleared

    Sage 100 2023 Standard - bank rec has stopped prompting "DO you want to remove cleared?" after reconciling and running bank rec report.

    Any ideas as to why this would change?

    Rebuild your sort keys.  Then look again.  You will be OOB

    Be sure a specific bank code is chosen and not "All".
