    I have someone all eager to test this out, knowing full well I have not been able to play with it on my reseller license, etc.  So we go to get connected, which seems pretty nice and straight-forward, and it locks up tighter than a drum and finally says that Bank Feeds is down.  Yet I check the nice little Sage web site that shows service status, and Bank Feeds for both US and Canada both have little green check boxes.

    What a bunch of BS, so early in the morning.

    Same thing happened with my customer - he had patience to click to connect about 300 times to get it to work and enter the correct password (I think they only got connected to log in 4 times).  It was a success!  They now have no issues, it works beautifully!  We had a few sessions with 2 Sage Engineers to no avail, it was his patience that worked.  I highly encourage you to open a Case with Sage and link to 8007796034.

    I don't know if they have resolved it yet, but I found that it doesn't work on our reseller's license for Sage 100.   Spent quite a bit of time with tech support trying to resolve that a few months back and got nowhere.

    I'm one of those people that I don't like to roll something out like that to my clients until I have had a chance to play with it and fully understand it.  

    I did try it with one client and we got a surprise in that it apparently communicates with their bank in the middle of the night.  I mistakenly thought you had to click a button to get it to synchronize.   Bank called and thought they were being hacked.    Client panicked and changed their password with the bank.  Bank feeds continued to try to connect and locked up their account because of bad login attempts.  :(

    That's why I like to play with it first.

    I was told that Sage has no plans to make this service available for Reseller licenses.

    Sage told us the same thing - no plans to allow partners to use it.  Tried using it with one client and had issues, support calls were agonizing because there was only one person who knew anything about it so we gave up.  I'm with Tom, if we can't work with it first we're not going to push it with clients.
