Not having access to a reseller version of this totally frustrates me too.
I stopped setting clients up on it after my first attempt. The bank called and said someone was accessing their account after hours (which I had no idea was happening - my understanding was you had to push a button to get it to synchronize). They figured someone was trying to hack their account and promptly changed the password. Lo and behold, shortly thereafter, their account was locked for too many bad log in attempts.
I really prefer to be able to experiment with these kinds of things on my own system before unleashing them on clients.
