Sage 100

The customer emailed saying she needs more than a single character for bank codes.  Apparently 36 is not enough.  I suggested other non traditional characters ($^#, etc) as well.  

Does anyone know of any enhancements to make this a two-character field?  The bank code touches many programs and I can't envision anyone developing an enhancement.

Thoughts?

FWIW, in a v2023 text company, I was able to use a non alpha/numeric character.  I did not flow it beyond bank maintenance, but in a perfect world, wouldn't you get an error message if the character was not allowed?

Yes, and I think I have someone using weird characters, too.  But I'd stay away from * and !

I clicked on the link that Wayne provided to read more about it.  The big question is whether the PR module is or is NOT supported in the current Sage versions????
