  • 1.  Bank Account and Routing Number Not Printing on Crystal Report

    I not getting any data when trying to export the employee key, bank account number, and routing number from the PR_EmployeeDirectDeposit table.  I have the PR_EmployeePIIWrk table joined with an inner join.  I add the report to the Payroll, Custom Reports menu.  When I run it there is no data.  Any ideas or does anyone have a similar report that works they can send me?

    Did you happen to remember to add the PII fields to the report?  Can't tell you how many times I've done that.  And did you first add report to custom reports menu, then open in Crystal, link, etc.?
