  • 1.  Back order fill report with production management 2022

    Client on production management 2022.4 is reporting the following issue.

    Has three work tickets in progress.  For example:

    W/t  45 requires total of 20 of Widget A -  5 have already been issued

    W/t  50 requires total of 10 of Widget A - nothing yet issued

    W/t  60  requires 5 of Widget A - nothing yet issued

    Back order fill report reports 50 and 60 but not 45 (which has items partially issued)

    And the Knowledgebase is temporarily down so I can't see if 2022.5 might have a patch.

    Anyone encountered this?

    Identified this as a bug and reported to Sage.

    Sage has confirmed this issue and is supposed to issue a fix.  Unfortunately not until April.
